This month’s episode details the “Open Minds, Respectful Voices” program from the National Conference for Community and Justice of the Piedmont Triad (NCCJ). The work of NCCJ is focused on fighting bias, bigotry and racism in all their forms. The subject matter experts speak on how more and people are searching for ways to have conversations about race in a productive way. They highlight how their program can provide ideas on bridging divisions and building more respectful and compassionate communities.
